Increasing the capacity of automotive and industrial batteries
Longevity and revival promotion effect
B-Tech Co., Ltd.
I n recent years, there has been much talk about CO2 emission regulations, environmental issues, and energy conservation measures.
▼ Extending the life of lead batteries.
▼ Increased capacity of lead-acid batteries
▼ Lead-acid battery regeneration
If this were possible, wouldn’t you think it would help reduce costs and contribute to environmental issues?時

Simply add the required amount (small amount) to each cell of the lead battery.
▶After adding the activator, charge the vehicle, idle the engine for 20 to 30 minutes, or continue driving.
▶After that, the only maintenance required is to refill with regular distilled water.
After that, it can be added several times.
(see attached sheet for the amount to be added).
Applicable vehicles include general passenger cars, commercial
vehicles, heavy machinery, ships, emergency power sources,
backup power sources, etc.
The following electric forklifts, tractors, golf carts, etc., which run solely
on lead batteries, require high purchasing costs for the batteries that
serve as their main power source, but this can also contribute to cost
reduction and environmental protection.

Simple principle

▶ The enlarged photo on the right below shows lead sulfate crystals in a typical small battery.
▶ When a lead battery is charged, the amount of lead sulfate crystals decreases, and when it is discharged, the amount of crystals increases.
▶ In the photo on the left, after adding the activator, many
small crystals have formed.
▶ The mass of the crystals is the same, but the smaller the
crystals, the greater the surface area.
▶ The increased surface area increases the battery capacity.
▶ Smaller crystals improve the response of melting and
crystallization, which extends the battery life.

This is a discharge and charge graph that supports the previous page.
▶The graph on the left shows the time and voltage required to reach 10.5V from a full charge.
▶The right side shows the time and voltage required to fully charge from 12V.
▶The white mark (□) indicates no additives, and the blue mark (●) indicates that an activator has been added.
▶The unadditive product reached 10.5V in 2.5 hours, while the additive product reached 10.5V in 4 hours.
▶Also, when charging, the additive-free battery took 3 hours to
fully charge, while the additive-containing battery took 4 hours.
▶The difference between the white mark (□) and the
blue mark (●) indicates the increase in capacity.

▶The following documents are standard battery diagrams and photos of electric forklifts.
▶The activator is attached so that it is plated onto the + and – electrode plates shown in the diagram.
▶The evenly treated surface develops minute carbon graphite protrusions due to electrical properties.
▶When charging and discharging, the lightning effect causes these protrusions to become the nuclei for lead sulfate crystals, and c
ountless lead sulfate crystals are formed.
▶To do this, open the liquid outlet plug
shown in the diagram and add the
appropriate amount.
▶There is no need to drain the existing
dilute sulfuric acid.

▶The activator is sold in a reagent bottle.
▶A pipette or syringe-like object is used for the addition process.
▶The procedure involves opening the filler cap of the lead battery and adding the appropriate amount of fluid for that battery.
▶When working, wear protective gear such as rubber gloves and goggles
to protect yourself from dilute sulfuric acid.
▶If it gets on your clothes, it may cause holes in them.
▶Make sure to close the fill valve securely. ▶Be careful of the battery’s
positive terminal while working!
▶When you finish working, start charging immediately. ▶Or, start the
engine and idle or drive.
▶If left unattended after use, sedimentation may occur.
